6) Figure out how many people you may need to help with your plan.

You’ve now defined what you want to do and how you want to do and by when. In this step, you need to make sure you have the volunteers to make this happen and establish a regular communication means with them.

• Do you need people to drop flyers at doors or post them around the neighborhood? Will you do it? Will someone else? 

• Have you decided to have block leaders in your neighborhood? Make sure you recruit these folks at this time.

As a captain you should ensure that everyone knows exactly what their role is, their responsibilities and the due date.

Time required: Depends on you but try to do within 48 hours.
